Financial Transparency

There are three primary funds into which donations to Saint Ann can be made:

Offertory / Church Donations
Second Collections
School Support

Money given to the church directed as Offertory is spent at the discretion of the church, given to whatever is the most primary need.

For our Second Collections, there are several primary sub-funds into which money can be designated: our sister parish in Haiti, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Share My Food, Maintenance Reserve, and Diocesan funds (TN Register, Annual Appeal, etc.). There are also periodic second collections that may be collected throughout the year (Easter flowers, religious education, etc.). These are typically short-lived and announced once or twice a year through emails, the church envelope system, etc.

Money given for School Support can be designated in the following ways: general School Support; Eagle Fund for Technology, Curriculum, & Professional Development; Fortify the Nest Tuition Assistance; and the Hand in Hand Options Program. There may also be opportunities throughout the year to donate to the Home & School Association and special funds like playground support, library, music program, etc. If you are interested in designating a donation to one of these special funds, please contact the church or school office.
